Twenty14 Holdings, the hospitality investment arm of LuLu Group International, has announced that their first property in Dubai – Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay - has been honoured with the “Leading New Hotel” award at the inaugural Leaders in Hospitality Awards 2016.
The hotel was voted above the competition, leading in its category on concept, service, facilities, F&B and diversity in offering, according to a statement. The awards ceremony was held recently in Dubai.
Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay, Dubai is Twenty14 Holdings’ first property in the UAE. The five-star hotel, overlooking the upcoming Dubai Canal, is located in the heart of the city at Business Bay and is just a stone’s throw from Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai. The 365-room property includes 28 suites designed for business and city leisure travellers.

In December 2015, Twenty14 Holdings had announced its entry into India through the acquisition of Abad Airport Hotel in Kochi, which is being rebranded as Fairfield by Marriott.
