As the Managing Director of Twenty14 Holdings, Mr. Adeeb Ahamed is responsible for the strategic governance of the company as well as serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Since founding the firm in 2014, he had led the company in acquiring more than $750 million worth of assets around the world.
Prior to launching Twenty14 Holdings, Mr. Adeeb Ahamed successfully established Lulu International Exchange, a leading financial services company, which today has 200+ branches across 11 countries and Tablez, a leading organized retail firm, operating home-grown as well as franchise concepts across UAE and India. Mr. Adeeb has also previously held several positions in the hospitality and services sector with international brands such as Grosvenor House, AJW Marriott and Baglioni Hotel in London, UK.
Mr. Adeeb has earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Les Roches, Switzerland and a Master’s of Business Administration in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Ms. Shafeena Yusuff Ali is the Director of Twenty14 Holdings and also one of its shareholders. With a major in finance from Richmond, The American International University in London and an MBA from the Said Business School, Oxford University, Ms. Shafeena comes with in-depth knowledge of the F&B industry via her role as the Chairperson and CEO of Tablez, the organized retail arm of LuLu Group International.
Combining her passion for food and travelling, Ms. Shafeena has over the years introduced a variety of homegrown as well as franchised F&B and speciality retail brands across the UAE and India. A true believer in innovation and providing the best retail experience, she has gone on to create niche for herself in the ever expanding retail industry and brings the same level of commitment and expertise to Twenty14 Holdings.

Mr. Anand Ganesan is the Vice President, Operations at Twenty14 Holdings. He is a seasoned hospitality industry professional, holding over 25 years of experience working with hotels across categories in several countries. Anand’s core expertise in food & beverage management, sales, finance, as well as overseeing pre-opening and renovation of properties, has been instrumental in his ability to lead and inspire multi-vertical teams. In his present position, Anand is responsible for the overall management of various properties and the smooth functioning of all key departments under the holding company.
Anand started his career in Switzerland and as an experienced hospitality professional, he brings to the table an affinity for building strong self-sustaining teams, efficient utilization of talent and endurance to coach employees at all levels. His varied experiences have also helped him gain a deep understanding of managing business negotiations and guest relationships.
Anand holds a Diploma in Hotel Management, as well as a Diploma in Hotel Operations from Switzerland. He is fluent in English, French, Hindi and Tamil.
Mr. Unnikrishnan Menon is Vice President – Banking & Investments at Twenty14 Holdings. With a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University along with CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai, Mr. Unnikrishnan is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of extensive cross functional experience in Corporate Banking, SME, Credit & Financial Analysis, Trade Finance, Credit Administration, Retail / Consumer Banking, Banking Operations and related areas across the Banking Sector.
In addition to being part of Twenty14 Holdings, Mr. Unnikrishnan is also associated with LuLu Financial Group, a leading global financial services company. Prior to his current position, he has worked with prominent banks in Oman and India across several designations. With a proven ability to grasp new ideas and integrate them into value creation and business development, Mr. Unnikrishnan heads the Banking & Investments department for Twenty14 Holdings and LuLu Financial Group
Glenn Gawler is the Head of Operations F&B at Twenty14 Holdings. Glenn's passion lies in the Food and Beverage industry which started when entering the Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland in 1999 where he completed the Diploma course as well as obtaining Bachelors of Art in Hospitality in 2003.
From School he moved on to working with Davy's of London where he learnt valuable experiences with independent operators. He went back to hotels in 2005 and worked in the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel where he worked in various departments.
In 2010 an opportunity came knocking in Abu Dhabi where he had the opportunity to witness the start up of Tablez Food Company which is the restaurant division of EMKE group of companies and became the operations manager of Bloomsburys Coffee Shop.
Mr. Shanil Mohammed Valiyakath is the head of Banking and Investments - Europe and Americas at Twenty14 Holdings.
Prior to his involvement with the firm, he was part of Lulu International Exchange, one of the leading global financial services company, for five years. At Lulu International Exchange, he was responsible for the organization’s business development in UAE and then went on to head its banking relations division. Mr. Mohammed started his career with National Australia Bank in Melbourne, where he donned various roles in retail banking, credit risk and risk mitigation for close to four years.
Mr. Mohammed, who is currently pursuing his ACCA, graduated from Deakin University, Melbourne in 2009 and holds a degree in IT & Business Studies. He also has an advanced diploma in Loss Prevention & Risk Assessment and Computing (Advanced Mathematics).
Mr. Krishnan Kannan is Twenty14 Holdings’ Head of Investments - Africa, Asia & Far East and is involved in the firm’s asset management and acquisition functions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krishnan spent more than five years with Abu Dhabi-headquartered financial services company Lulu International Exchange, where he took up various positions including that of Area Manager and Banking Relationship Manager. Mr. Krishnan had also worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., one of India’s leading banking and financial services group.
Mr. Krishnan graduated from SIES College of Management Studies in Mumbai in 2007 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in finance.
Mr. Dhanesh Panicker is the Projects Manager at Twenty14 Holdings. An experienced electrical engineer, Mr. Dhanesh has more than 9 years of experience in project management, design and implementation of ID and MEP systems across various entities.
Before joining Twenty14 Holdings, Mr. Dhanesh was the Project Manager for Tablez Food Company (India). Prior to that he was the Project Engineer at Lulu Group International and Hi Tech Engineers and Consultants.
Mr. Dhanesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TKM College of Engineering.
Mr. Hashim Rasheed is the Business Development Manager for Europe at Twenty14 Holdings. With expertise in retail management, Hashim has worked on various projects and expand Twenty14 Holdings’ portfolio across Europe.
Mr. Hashim has previously worked in sales, marketing, business development, management and HR, across various designations in Europe for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Twenty14 Holdings, he was with Maplin Electronics as manager in Ireland for more than 5 years.
Additionally, Mr. Hashim was also associated with LuLu Money, a leading global financial services company. He was involved in the acquisition and setting up of LuLu Money in Europe.
Mr. Jackson Jacob is the Head of Projects at Twenty14 Holdings. He leads Twenty14 Holdings' projects in India.
An experienced electrical engineer, Mr. Jackson has more than 12 years of experience in project management, design and implementation of Architectural, ID and MEP systems across various entities.
Before joining Twenty14 Holdings, Mr. Jackson was the Lead Consultant for Tri Tech Engineering Pvt Ltd and prior to which he was the Project Engineer at Stratal LLC Abu Dhabi. Mr. Jackson is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Mr. Abdul Rahman is the Asset Manager at Twenty14 Holdings. He handles acquisition, operation and liaising of Twenty14 Holdings’ properties in India.
Mr. Abdul has 16 years of cross functional experience in retail, corporate banking, sales and marketing, startup venture management & administration, investment & financial advisory, relationship management & insurance industry.
Prior to his involvement with the firm, he has worked with leading banks including Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Barclays Bank as well as with startup venture We Ride Fin Corp. Mr. Abdul, graduated from MG University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
